The short version Bas is a satire app. Nothing is sold, nothing is delivered. We don't ask you for anything and we don't keep anything. No sign-up, no email, no phone number, no name, no location. Whatever you do in Bas stays on your own phone.

1 · Who we are

Bas (bas2minute.com) is run by Kartikay Agarwal, an individual based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2 · What we collect

Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no Google login, no OTP, no forms. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, date of birth or location, and there is nothing to delete because we never had it.

3 · What stays on your phone

Bas saves a few things in your own browser's storage, on your device only:

that you confirmed you are 18+ (and 21+ for the Daru Theka and Paan Shop sections) — a yes/no mark, not your age or date of birth
an optional nickname, if you choose to type one
your pretend Bas Money balance, album, game progress and settings

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data, or opening Bas on another phone, removes it — we cannot restore it, because we never had a copy.

4 · What we never collect

Real card, bank or UPI details, PINs, OTPs or passwords. Your contacts, photos, files, SMS or call logs. Your location. Your messages to anyone. Your age or date of birth.

5 · Cookies and tracking

None. Bas uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking scripts and no tracking cookies.

6 · One thing we should be honest about

Like every website, when your browser opens Bas, your IP address and basic connection details reach the server that sends you the page. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps such connection logs briefly for security and abuse protection. We do not look at them, do not use them to identify anyone, and keep no copy ourselves.

7 · Your nickname and sharing

If you share a card from Bas to WhatsApp or anywhere else, the nickname you typed may appear on it. That happens only because you chose to share it. Don't use your real name — Bas doesn't need it.

8 · Children

Bas is for adults only, 18 and over. Some sections are marked 21+. We do not knowingly offer Bas to anyone below these ages.

9 · AI-generated content

All voices and jingles in Bas, and the photos in the Jo Bikta Nahi stores, are generated by AI. Other pictures are licensed stock photos (Unsplash), credited in Profile → Photo credits. No real person's voice is used.

10 · Changes

If this policy changes, the version and date at the top change with it.
