Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Kartikay Agarwal, an individual based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, who runs Bas at bas2minute.com. They apply together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bas.
2. A satire app: what that means
- Every store, counter, rider, call, excuse and order in Bas is a joke. No food, alcohol, tobacco, paan, product or service is sold, prepared or delivered. Delivery never happens, by design.
- "Bas Money", coupons, wallets, cards, UPI apps and banks in the app are pretend. They cannot be bought for real money, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.
- Characters, riders and stores are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or businesses is a coincidence. The jokes target the system and the culture of instant delivery, never customers or delivery workers.
- Bas never asks for a real card number, UPI PIN, OTP or password.
3. Who can use Bas
- You must be 18 or older. You enter your age as a number when you join. The Daru Theka and the Cigarette Counter are for 21 or older only: your age must be 21+ and you must tick the 21+ self-declaration each time you enter.
- Bas is open to everyone aged 18 or older. You can start free with no card or code, or continue with Google. There is no order limit.
4. Alcohol and tobacco content
The Daru Theka, Cigarettes and Paan Shop counters exist to make fun of the urge and to discourage use. They carry statutory warnings in English and Hindi on every item, card, share card and order screen:

Why these sections exist
Bas does not sell, supply, advertise or promote tobacco, alcohol or any harmful product. We have no ties with any tobacco or alcohol brand, and no real brand names, logos or products appear in the app.
These sections are built with one purpose: to help you control the urge. Cravings often pass within minutes. Here, you can go through the motions of ordering, enjoy the humour, and walk away with nothing but a lighter mood, and perhaps one less cigarette or drink that day.

5. Your account
You can use Bas with Start free or with Google. Signing in is only needed to save your progress, join or post in Adda, claim the Founding badge, or use Bas on more than one device. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. The details you enter (such as your age) must be true.
6. Price
Bas is free. Everything in Bas is free, with no plans, subscriptions or purchases. Nothing is sold or delivered. Prices, "Bas Money", wallets, cards and checkouts in the app are pretend, part of the joke: no real money is ever collected. The Founding 1,000 badge is free. If we ever offer anything paid in future, we will update these terms and ask for your clear consent first.
7. What you must not do
- Post anything on the Adda board, gang names or Hall of Fame that is abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, defamatory, someone else's private information, or illegal under Indian law.
- Use Bas prank links (Bhejo) to trick anyone into paying, sharing an OTP or giving personal details. Pranks must stay a joke that the receiver can see is satire.
- Pretend to be Bas, a Bas employee or another person.
- Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell Bas, its voices, scripts or pictures, or try to break its security.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we act on complaints as set out in section 12.
8. Content and ownership
The Bas name, app, characters, scripts, voices, pictures and design belong to Kartikay Agarwal. You may use Bas for personal fun and share prank links and screenshots as the app allows. Anything you post stays yours, but you let us show it inside Bas. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.
9. A changing app
Bas is new and keeps improving from what users tell us. Features, counters and characters can change, pause or stop at any time. We try to keep it working but do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
10. Limits of our responsibility
Bas is provided as it is. As far as Indian law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss caused by relying on something in a satire app as if it were real. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Bas and delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy, section 9). We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms or when testing ends.
12. Complaints
For any complaint about content, an account or your data, write to the Grievance Officer. You can appeal our decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee. Details: bas2minute.com/grievance.

13. A note from us
Bas is a work of satire and humour, made to help you take a light break from the pressures of daily life.
All names, characters, voices, places, businesses and situations in this app are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to real organisations is purely coincidental. Regional accents and characters are portrayed with affection, as a celebration of India’s diversity.
We never intend to hurt anyone’s feelings, beliefs or sentiments, or to target any community, region, religion, gender or profession. Our humour is aimed at systems, false promises and everyday frustrations, never at people.

14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes will be shown in the app first.
